Per-user bandwidth throttling

Hi, is it possible to do per user bandwidth throttling, rather than tar everone with the same brush and give each user 1024 down and 128 up can i allow admins or higher paying customers 2048 by 2048? thanks Simon

I would do, but i dont have a clue how to set it up, thats why ive used pfsense its pre-compiled so i dont have to faf about!
