      Hi there,

I am wondering if it's possible for a local user to download his/her OpenVPN profile on his/her own.

Currently, we have pfSense with local authentication. When VPN profile is created for a user, the administrator has to download it via OpenVPN Client Export and send it to the user via email. I am wondering if there is a way where user can login to pfSense and download VPN profile instead of sysadmin giving out. Is this possible?

Hope I explained the situation well. Thanks very much.

        Chicken and the egg problem.

For the access to work, VPN should work. The VPN should (could) give give the user access to pfSense.

But the problem doesn't actually exist : only system admin should access pages like the VPN client export packages.
So, no, only the admin should access pfSense, export the files, and transmit it to the end user using a secure method.

No "help me" PM's please. Use the forum, the community will thank you.
Edit : and where are the logs ??

@gertjan Thanks. Yeah, I was not really expecting a positive answer to be honest. Well, I guess I have no choice, just have to keep the current method. Thanks again.
