pfblocker, VPN client Kill switch and not able to get online

Hello:

All my traffic flows through VPN Client and I have a Kill Swich and have PFblocker set up. My problem is if my internet goes down or kill switch stops access to the internet, when the VPN client connection is back I can not get online. Does anybody know if PFblocker is causing not being able to get back online?
