Proxy will Squid on Pf sense

I'm nivice with PfSense, and i'm trying to do it well.
I just tried to block some URL's using Squid/SquidGaurd, these destinations are successfully denied but navigation on the rest is too slow and make TTL errors on browser.
If some one has encountred this problem, would you like to help plz :)

i'm really novice on it
i just need to block some destinations that's all
may be using the firewall may do it well
but i don't konwo if squid can do it better
