NAT Copy Rule Issue
-
I am copying a rule in my NAT list and normally the fields would show populated with some of the data from the copy from rule. I am getting a blank NAT screen and have to input all information. I am seeing this on CE, but will see if it is affecting me on the + version tomorrow. Can anyone else confirm this issue?

You're not the first person to see that but I can't replicate it here on 2.5.2 or 2.6.0. If I click the icon to duplicate a NAT rule, it carries over all of the original rule information.

@jimp I have tried chrome and firefox and both exhibit the same behavior on my CE device.
I am on the latest on my SG-1100 and it is exhibiting the same on firefox, chrome, and edge (chromium base). I have also flushed all history on all browsers before attempting the copy. Is there anything I can do in debug logging to assist? The address bar looks like it specifies the duplication, but nothing shows in the new screen. It also drops the rule to the last in the list like it is a new rule as opposed to a copy.
/firewall_nat_out_edit.php?dup=5

OK in your first message in the post you did not mention outbound rules, so I was trying port forwards.
I was able to replicate the rule copy issue with Outbound NAT and opened https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/11981. Thanks!

@lostinignorance I updated a test VM to 2.6-latest and don't see that behavior in Edge/Chromium and Brave. I duplicated a test rule I created and this pops up:Edit: Ah... fall into the same trap and thought of port forwards, not NAT outbounds!
@jimp I'd like to add that if you switch from automatic to manual NAT, the NAT rules are not created and you get 0 NAT rules then. Seems something is broken in that automatism.

I can replicate that as well. I opened https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/11982 for it
