VoIP provider server redundancy

With other firewalls I can limit voip connectivity from certain external networks or just limit to the voip provider ip addresses (in case there is no need for external phones) so to not have constant hack attempts.
Tried on pfsense but it only gives the "Single Host or Alias" option that is not helpful because our providers have more than one ip address as backup.
Does anyone know of this probably hidden option? I'd prefer to not have to create 2 or more rules just to limit connectivity from 2 or more external ip addresses to the pbx system.

An alias can hold many IP addresses.
