pfBlockerNG-devel 3.0.0_16 does not reset old settings

Hello, I had installed pfBlockerNG a long time ago with some DNSBL settings to block some advertising URLs. Since then, a few things changed on my network and I just disabled DNSBL and used GeoIP to block the top spammers from coming in. Now I need to use DNSBL again but the old settings are coming back.

I have unchecked the "Keep Settings", disabled and reinstalled multiple times but no matter what I do, the old settings keep coming back. Also, the new DNSBL settings are not enabled.

You can see from the screen shots below that I have the Shalla List enabled but there is no mention of that in the dashboard widget

Where are these settings kept so that I can manually delete everything?
