        Go to Interfaces > Assignments > VLANs and create one there, using the WAN as the parent interface.

        PfSense running on Qotom mini PC

          @jknott ok I will check about that, may I ask how I can see the log of ppope to see if there any connection

            You can see the connection status on the dashboard in the interface widget or in Status > Interfaces.

            For troubleshooting you may want to check the log:
            Status > System Logs > PPP
