PFBlocker will not create a firewall auto rule

I have created a pfblocker IPv4 alias with "permit outbound" list action, and then added a domain under "ipv4 custom addresses", and I can't figure out how to get the rule to appear in the firewall rules. What do I do?

Here are screenshots of the Alias settings. I tried Firewall -> PFBlockerNG -> Update -> Update, and Firewall -> PFBlockerNG -> Update -> Reload All, and the Alias won't appear in the firewall rules.
