Fix uPnP for multiple consoles playing the same game - Feature #7727 Bounty $1,000

The issue is already described here: https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/7727

I pay an extra $90 a month for /29 to work around this issue. I would be willing to pay $1,000 for this to be fixed so I can cancel needing the /29.

I didn't realize how dead this forum was when I posted. I guess this isn't going to happen. I'm going to try to find another solution instead of waiting for this to be fixed.
