Traffic Graph shows wrong upload speed when QoS is enabled

This bug still exist on version 2.5.2-RC - https://forum.netgate.com/topic/160046/traffic-graph-showing-wrong-speed-after-enabling-traffic-shaper/

Note, both WANs are PPPoE

I have seen it reported many times in the past.
It gets fixed and it resurfaces often
It is only a cosmetic issue. You have to remember to divide by 2. :(

Updated to the latest version, still same.
