Sorry.
I found an issue from my side.
I have to go to configure->route dynamic bgp->server vrf default->address-family ipv4 unicast-> neighbor X.X.X.X
and here it is.
But I tried another path configure->route dynamic bgp->server vrf default->neighbor X.X.X.X

Cisco like config so unfriendly....
