Website Blocking from PfblockerNG

Dear Team,

I am using pfblockerNG for website blocking. But I have requirement two types categories.

Example:-

1. Full Blocking through DNSBL Feed.
2. Full Blocking and Some site allow on some IP.

I am using 1 option in pfsense firewall. Everything is working fine.

I have requirement 2 option. But I have created rule for this but some webiste not allowing.

Please share me issue or suggestion me for this rule.
