Could not determine IPv4/IPv6 protocol

After upgrading the firewall to 2.5.2 a openvpn tunnel will not come up and I see this error in the logs "Could not determine IPv4/IPv6 protocol" To my knowledge I have ipv6 disabled everywhere. What could be possibly causing this?

The other error I see is "RESOLVE: Cannot resolve host address: domain (Name does not resolve)" It appears these two errors are related.
