py_error.log after 2.5.2 upgrade

2021-07-09 19:49:40,059|ERROR| [pfBlockerNG]: Failed to load: pfb_py_whitelist.txt: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xe2 in position 3755: ordinal not in range(128)This error occurs after the upgrade and reload of pfB. I've tried to trim out various settings but I've been unable to narrow down the cause.

Thanks. I'm sorry, I should have been more specific. Before I reloaded pfB, I cleared the log, but the errors came back.
I think I've narrowed down the issue. I've cleared out my 'DNSBL Whitelist' completely, before reloading, and that seemed to work. (clue was obvious in the error ;). Now I just have to figure out which of many entries in my whitelist that is causing the issue...
