Calling Update from WebGUI, invoke Package manager GUI

Hello,
I am with the last version
21.05-RELEASE (arm64)
built on Tue Jun 01 16:52:48 EDT 2021
FreeBSD 12.2-STABLE
When I try to run system update via web GUI, the url in System->Update points to
https://192.168.1.254/pkg_mgr_install.php?id=firmware and shows
package manager installed packages page when executed - System->Package Manager->Installed Packages.
Not shows regular update page in System->Update->System Update
The system update/upgrade via SSH shell, menu 13 - console update works fine.
Please, do you have any ideas how to fix this without reinstalling firewall and restoring config?
