OpenVPN S2S client daemon get's killed

Hi,
I have a very strange issue with a s2s-OpenVPN. If I restart the OpenVPN server, on the client side the daemon dies. I checked also on bash-console and it is true: no daemon is running anymore. I helped myself now with the watchdog, but maybe spmeone has an idea ?
