I am a beginner and have installed pfSense for the first time this week:

I have everything working except for the webserver.
I received some excellent help from:
    Geek Zone
I have been forced to change my static IP Address by Vodafone NZ.
The first notice of this change was on Sky TV:

    Next came the final notice:

I have received little help from Vodafone.
Here is my pfsense configuration of the firewall screen for the webserver:

I would be most grateful for assistance regarding pfSense configuration for a webserver.

Is this 203. network routed to you? I would "assume" your behind pfsense nat.. If so if you want to get to some webserver behind pfsense on an rfc1918 address you would need to do a port forward..
