I have a setup with openvpn and wireguard.
      Both tunnels work as expected.
With openvpn at client-side (roadwarrior) i can reach the local network via IP and dns-name without the domain (PC1, not PC1.home.net). Fine.

With the wireguard-tunnel (roadwarrior) name-resolution only works with the FQDN of the hosts within the local network.
Is there maybe a setting to get the same behaviour like is with openvpn? Say reaching the machine via PC1 and not PC1.home.net.

      Thanks much!

@_igor_ Try adding a comma and your internal domain name on the DNS line, after the DNS server IP:
