    upgrade 2.4.4->2.5.2 no ipv6 bgp route

      hi,
      I have 2 pfsense with HA.
      the 2 nodes can route ipv4/ipv6 with FRR bgp.

      I test upgrade from 2.4.4 to 2.5.0 on the secondary node first.
      I had "route-map Allow-All permit 100" to follow new FRR rules : It's ok on secondary (I have ipv4/ipv6 route)
      so I upgrade primary node to 2.5.1

      and I don't have ipv6 bgp route on primary like on secondary node!
      raw config is the same on 2 nodes
      I reinstall primary to 2.5.2 but same problem

      upgrade to 2.5.2 don't correct the problem on primary, always no problem on secondary.

      any idea to debug this ?
