      I am looking to have TNSR failover (or load balance) between two WAN links that have their ip information assigned via dhcp. (Normal ISP conenctions) The only information that i have been able to find on failover/load-balancing are bond interfaces.

      Since I don't have control over the ISP side of things running a routing protocol on the links is not an option.

      Any ideas how this can be done are welcome.

      BTW! I see that a lot of the posts in this forum have been deleted why is that ?

        @ulrik Sorry. That kind of policy-based multi-wan routing is not currently available in tnsr. Not sure what you're talking about regarding deleted messages. This category gets spam (which is deleted) like any other category, unfortunately.

          @derelict Thanks for the info.

          A feature like Cisco dhcp client route track would be a nice addition to TNSR.

          Do you know if it is possible to set the priority of the default route assigned by the dhcp client?

          My theory is that would allow me to have routes to both ISP with different priority switching routing to the one with the lowest priority if the highest priority link looses it's dhcp lease in case of a complete disconnection.

            Not at this time, no. I have submitted a feature request for this capability.
