I followed a guide on policy based routing, but I am getting errors.

There were error(s) loading the rules: /tmp/rules.debug:140: syntax error/tmp/rules.debug:142: syntax error /tmp/rules.debug:144: syntax error pfctl: Syntax error in config file: pf rules not loaded - The line in question reads [140]: pass in quick on $lan route-to ( 64.81.XX.XX ) proto udp from 192.168.1.0/24 to any port = 4569 keep state label "USER_RULE"

Here is a snapshot of my lan firewall rules.

Did not you use LAN or WAN as a loadbalancer name (or any other alias) by chance?

No load balancing. VoIP goes out on wan and all other traffic out to wan2.
