After install the RC i run into a Crash, but i dont save the full report.

      FreeBSD 12.2-STABLE plus-RELENG_21_05_1-n202579-3b8ea9b365a pfSense-SG-3100

After that, it repeat the followig error:

0:38:11 System is going to be upgraded. Rebooting in 10 seconds.
0:39:28 There were error(s) loading the rules: pfctl: DIOCADDRULENV: Operation not supported by device - The line in question reads [0]:

After some Reboots and a try to fix a bad installed Packet (pkg-static upgrade -f) the state creation stops.
A Reset to default Configuration don't fix it.

So i have to install new, with a 2.4.5 Image, it was on my desaster Recovery Stick (i have to upgrade that).

On my SG-1100 the same RC works fine.

I just did this upgrade on my SG-3100 using the 9/23 image, and other than a hang right before the upgrade started, it worked fine. I rebooted it and the upgrade went smoothly.

It hung right after this process just before the upgrade began:

Removing vital flag from php74... done.
