I do not see new certificates

A couple of weeks ago, there was a strange failure on my gateway, I rolled back to a backup three months ago, partially recovered from more recent backups.
And now I noticed that all newly created certificates are automatically marked as revoked, but I do not see them either in the generated certificate revocation list or in the Client Export package.
Tell me, I have no idea what to do! -
Certificates are actually revoked by their serial number, so it's possible that it doesn't look like you see them, but you have created multiple certificates with overlapping serial numbers.
The best way to avoid that kind of situation is to check the box on the CA that randomizes serial numbers instead of using them sequentially. Highly unlikely that you'd ever hit a conflict that way.
