I want 2 IP Address in whitelist.

Dear All,

I am using pfsense:
Version 2.5.2-RELEASE (amd64)

pfBlokerNG - 3.1.0

If I enable pfBlockerNG my 2 Static IP's are getting block. Can anyone help me where I can whitelist 2 IP's?

Please find the below picture for my configuration. This is LAN Firewall Rules

As per the picture I want my 2nd Rule should come 1st. That also I cant make.
