PFsense in proxmox with a management vlan

So my goal is to create a management vlan on which I can access my GUI from, however even after configuring :

PROCOTOL / SOURCE / PORT / DESTINATION / PORT / GATEWAY = IPV4 TCP / ANY / ANY / ANY / ANY / ANY

on that vlan I am unable to access the GUI, would anyone be able to point me in the right direction? Literally hit a brick wall with this.
