FRR keeps restarting at random

We are running FRR for a while now (8 months) with little to no issues. but recently we see that FRR keeps restart at random intervals

on the Pfense logs we see the following:

Oct 24 02:17:04	watchfrr	47887	all daemons up, doing startup-complete notify

Oct 26 02:48:08	watchfrr	44248	watchfrr 7.5.1 starting: vty@0
Oct 26 02:48:08	watchfrr	44248	zebra state -> up : connect succeeded
Oct 26 02:48:08	watchfrr	44248	staticd state -> up : connect succeeded
Oct 26 02:48:08	watchfrr	44248	bgpd state -> up : connect succeeded
Oct 26 02:48:08	watchfrr	44248	all daemons up, doing startup-complete notify

But nothing about why it shutdown or died at all.

When this happens we also see all our peers being reset with the following:

Last reset 00:04:06,  No AFI/SAFI activated for peer

Where could I go about finding more information on why or what happened to FRR that it just died and restart by itself?

This is happening about 10 or so times per day at super random intervals, the longest session we have observed was around 8 hours in one go before it just resets again
