Custom IP list faster refresh time

Hello @BBcan177! pfBlockerNG is my favorite package on pfSense, thank you for your hard work. A few years back in this thread https://forum.netgate.com/topic/138143/user-definable-refresh-time-for-ip-lists you had posted that you would look into adding custom feed functionality to your todo list. I wanted to see if there was any update on this.
I am currently doing the exact same thing as the poster in the other thread. Our internal feed is updated every 2 minutes but we have to wait an hour for the firewall to ingest the changes. During an attack we end up running the pfBlockerNG update process manually every 5 minutes. I would appreciate the ability to update a custom IP list every 10 minutes automatically.

Hi @BBcan177, hope you are doing well. I know you have a lot going on, but my employer is willing to pay for this feature. How much do you think a fair price for this would be?!
