Filter Reload error for WireGuard Rule

I could use some help with debugging an error I am encountering with wireguard v0.1.5_3 on pfSense CE 2.5.2. I am observing this issue on only 1 of 5 pfSense firewalls (pfSense+ 21.05.2 and pfSense CE 2.5.2). I just don't see the error in the config. Any helping eyes on this issue is greatly welcomed.
