OVPN works fines locally but no internet access from some countries

My OVPN is working fine if I access the internet from locally connected through the tunnel but some remote users from other countries can not access Internet through the tunnel.

One another remote user getting "Security Certificate presented by this web site was not issued by a trusted certificate authority".

any idea what to do to fix the issue. Thx
