I know this is a pretty lacking bugreport, but I wanted to post it anyway in case others hit this as well or if it was just a fluke for me.

I have a 6100 on my desk that I've been testing and keeping current with the latest dev builds. On Fri I updated from 22.01.b.20211223.0600 to 22.01.b.20211224.0600 via an ssh session. I've been doing that recently and it's always worked fine. In this case, I don't remember what happened, but I must have gotten busy with something else and didn't check on the box after the upgrade until yesterday.

Apparently, after the upgrade, the box froze and never came back up. When I went to log into it yesterday I found it completely brain dead - no ping, front panel LEDs were not blinking (rear Ethernet port LEDs were blinking with activity however). I checked the serial console too which I was surprised to find also completely dead and unresponsive.

I ended up having to hard-reboot it with the power button. I also remember the heatsink on the underside being hotter than usual when I felt it (quite hot actually, felt like around 70C). Here's a snip of the system log from that time. The shutdown looks pretty normal, so I guess it froze somewhere after that during the post/boot.

I had recently updated the BIOS to 02.02.00.00t-uc-15 — not sure if that's related at all. Anyway, just a sample size of 1 but wanted to report.
