      Good morning,
This is my first post here, so if I'm asking in the wrong place, I'm sorry.

I have a question and I've been searching for a long time and I still haven't found an answer or a solution for this scenario.

The question below is not simple, so I will try to explain as best I can.

We currently have a pfsense 2 running on version 2.5.1
They are virtualized over ESXi 6.5
We have an IPV4 /22 block for LAN
1/30 for WAN for each Pfsense
      1 interface for CARP
      outgoing NAT disabled
Each server has 2 network interfaces, each interface connected to 1 switch.

Each server that is virtualizing PfSense has 2 network interfaces.
The 2 servers that virtualize pfsense are identical.

      Current problem:
      Windows server with valid IPV4
Windows server gateway is the virtual ip address of CARP

When someone from outside the network connects via RDP to the windows server we have a great slowness, however, if I change the windows server gateway to the pfsense ip address, the connection improves dramatically.

Note 1: Promiscuous mode is enabled on the interfaces.
Note 2: I created 2 groups of ports, 1 group for the VMs and a group for PFsense, the pfsense group only 1 port.

How could I configure to remove these slowdowns in RDP?
