      Let's Encrypt had a problem with their TLS-ALPN validation method and they are revoking any certificate validated via TLS-ALPN before they fixed the problem. Renewing a TLS-ALPN certificate now will ensure you get a properly validated certificate before they revoke the improperly issued certificates tomorrow.

      If you use another validation type (e.g. one of the many DNS-based methods) there is nothing to do.
