Vpn deamon issue

Hello !
is it normal when the remote router is rebooting or updating, the client side is getting a deamon error is it running ? with older version like 2.4 this was not an issue...( we need to restart the VPN manualy and this is a very annoying issue
we're having this issue on every of our router ( 50 + )
we really need to fix this :)

after review, this is coming from older version with the EXIT NOTIFY... how can i fix old upgraded router without having EXIT NOTIFY ?
powershell command ? re-make the tunnel ?
