Proper URL filtering and Reporting

Hello all,
Are there plans on introducing some type of package similar to other vendors where there is proper URL filtering and reporting done? I envision something along the lines of creating a policy "This user or IP accessing this URL is permitted all others blocked". Right now with pfblocker its an all-or-nothing approach which....works...but is not elegant.

@kom Just discovered how to do per host or subnet dns blocking in Unbound so that takes care of the 1st requirement but the reporting is still lacking

@michmoor Lightsquid creates reports based on web usage from squid's logs.
