FRR restarts

Is it possible in the future to add networks to FRR instance (ospf) and NOT have to reload the FRR configuration? Adding networks shouldn't cause a reconvergence event but I see why - the new network needs to be added to the configuration and reloaded. Other vendor implementations do not work like this and even running FRR on my personal instances doesn't work this way either. Feature request needed?
