Unable to SSH / FTP to the Server

We are unable to connect to the network using Mobaxterm, Putty or even FTP client. It looks like ssh/FTP is being blocked somewhere, but I can't see why and where.
This has been going on for at least 2-3 weeks but we did not have time to report it and we found a workaround to make changes using a portal working on HTTPS protocol.
But now everyone is complaining about not being able to ssh or FTP into the systems. So can someone please help me with this on an urgent basis?
