instream(local): PUA.Win.Trojan.Xored-1 FOUND

Hello fellow Netgate community members,

Can you please help? With a potential unwanted application PUA found how can I tell what machine this was going to, it does not display in the Virus logs. This was caught on the IO streamer

Question: Just relax about this as it is blocked and stomped out at the firewall? I just wish it had a time stamp or Ip address for destination.
