For the life of me I can't get my PIA to authenticate. It just keeps saying "reconnecting; auth failure"

I have double checked all my settings several times, and even deleted and recreated to make sure I had nothing wrong in the settings.

In the logs, I see this:

      Mar 22 16:35:18 openvpn 96334 UDPv4 link remote: [AF_INET]154..x.x.x:1198
      Mar 22 16:35:19 openvpn 96334 WARNING: 'link-mtu' is used inconsistently, local='link-mtu 1557', remote='link-mtu 1542'
Mar 22 16:35:19 openvpn 96334 WARNING: 'comp-lzo' is present in remote config but missing in local config, remote='comp-lzo'
      Mar 22 16:35:19 openvpn 96334 [dallas410] Peer Connection Initiated with [AF_INET]154.x.x.x:1198
Mar 22 16:35:20 openvpn 96334 AUTH: Received control message: AUTH_FAILED
      Mar 22 16:35:20 openvpn 96334 SIGUSR1[soft,auth-failure] received, process restarting

I'm not sure what that means in regards to 'comp-lzo' and don't know where to change that. I saw some mentions of this in older versions, but I don't see any way to change this in 2.6.0, and honestly I don't know if this even has anything to do with the problem.

Here are some more logs just in case this sheds more light
      Mar 22 16:41:54 openvpn 43964 UDPv4 link local (bound): [AF_INET]2x.x.x.x:0
      Mar 22 16:41:54 openvpn 43964 UDPv4 link remote: [AF_INET]154.x.x.x:1198
      Mar 22 16:41:54 openvpn 43964 WARNING: 'link-mtu' is used inconsistently, local='link-mtu 1557', remote='link-mtu 1542'
Mar 22 16:41:54 openvpn 43964 WARNING: 'comp-lzo' is present in remote

I did some searching around on the forums, and all I could find was old. I also watched several videos including the one from Tom at Lawrence Systems with no luck. I've built all the NATs and such, but that's not the issue, it's clear that I can't get past the auth issue.

      Any ideas? TIA!

I guess this is a unique issue. I'm not shocked. :)
