Firewall rule state counter 0 but active vpn (udp) connection

Hello,

running a vpn server on localhost and add a NAT rule on the VDSL interface.
VPN connection (UDP) works fine, but the firewall rule (which match) do not show any state.

Going to Diagnostics / States and filter for the source ip address show the state:

Has this something to do with NAT?

pfSense 2.6.0 CE
