      I've been trying to setup a peer to peer VPN that will only use the OPT1 interface on the client side with no success.
      It appears that OpenVPN will go to the LAN by default.
      Not knowing the inners of how this works, I'm wondering if there could be an option to terminate the VPN on a virtual interface that can then be bridged to any physical interface instead of defaulting to LAN.
      Is that even possible?
      Has anyone requested this already?

        Anyone else looking for something like this, Wireguard has it and it works great!
