Ntopng can't connecte Clickhouse via port 9000 (FW is OPENED)

hello
i hava a pb with my ntopng installed on pfsense, in file ntopng config i have added for saving logs and alerts on my Clickhouse server:

-F="clickhouse;IP@9004;ntopng;default;MyPassword"

but when i checked system log i got this error:

all the alerts has saved in ntopng machine and i don't have much space disk then, so how can i connect ntopng with clickhouse correct to save all my logs/alerts correctly ?
