Problem with the visibility of the Squid Proxy Server submenu

I have the squid package installed, but Squid Proxy Server does not appear in my Services menu
How can i solve this problem?
can anyone help me?

Note: If I access the URL: https://<my_server_ip>/pkg_edit.php?xml=squid.xml&id=0, I can see the module without difficulty, it seems that the problem is only the visibility of the link in the submenu
