Logging haproxy routing decision ?

Hi ,
I'm having issues with haproxy config and I would like to troubleshoot.
To do so, I have set in the main setting the host for logging to /var/run/log as indicated in the doc

I can see information like restarting damen, changing config, but nothing relating my routing decisoins based on frontend and backend configs ..
How can I get these details ?
I tried these options as well withtout success :

what am I missing ?
