OpenVPN Site-to-Site all traffic except lan

Hello Community,
I have an OpenVPN Site-to-Site setup using remote access SSL/TLS, I routed traffic 0.0.0.0/0 and it works perfectly; but when I add a second VPN all traffic is routed to the first VPN since I have 0.0.0.0/0. Is it possible to exclude certain LAN subnets listed on the second OpenVPN site to site?
