VPN user auth with SSL./TLS + MFA

Hi, I saw few tutorials on how to use MFA with OpenVPN leveraging FREERADIUS, but that approach removes password (only PIN) and SSL certs authentication for end users. I'm interesting in authenticating VPN users with username + password(or PIN) +SSL certs + MFA OTP >. is that doable please?
