pkg install qemu-guest-agent
System: Settings: Tunables -> Add
Tunable: virtio_console_load, Value: YES
Reboot
logs says...

Did you provide the channel to the VM on the host?

qemu_guest_agent is running as pid 517.

thats was the solution now runs qemu guest agent finaly, thx for help :*
