Captive Portal Templates free & simple

I do not think I am possibly breaking netgate forum rules
, but moderator if I am please just delete the post as that is not intended. Just trying to share a little with the community.
I am posting simple to use, all html and css captive portal templates for others to use if they like.
I have seen a few other templates online as well that people can use for free.- I do have one page I have not been able to get to work, and that is on expiry of time, I wanted a page to load in browser window like the rest so they know the session is completed and expired.
The Post Auth window will wait 2 minutes and then redirect to google.com but tell user they can open a browser window and surf the internet.
The index.html is actually the Success-Internet is LIVE page, but I just have a lab setup and just used apache and made it the index.html page but you can use any name provided you set the setting in pfsense portal options.
