WireGuare leftovers after removal

I removed the WG package (not before I cleared the keep settings checkbox in the WG settings). After removal, I compared the pfSense config to the previous one and I can see in the installedpackages node the leftovers below

	<wireguard>
		<config/>
		<peers/>
		<tunnels/>
	</wireguard>
</installedpackages>

How can WG be removed completely from my config? I know this is not doing anything in the config but I like to keep my config as clean as possible
