Listen queue overflow: 193 already in queue awaiting acceptance? Takes full system offline with no GUI access. Config issue?

Hello fellow Netgate community,

Can you please help?

What would cause this? I think that when the schedule for the internet turns back on the Queue overflows with backed up requests. However I have seen this a couple weeks ago also off schedule.
